It is the policy of Sussex tilling services that all reasonable and practical means are taken to ensure that the health, safety and welfare at work of all of its employees, visitors, sub-contractors and clients.

As part of this policy, the company has produced a policy document as part of the procedures manual , which details the duties and the responsibilities of all employees of the company with regard to health and safety.

All employees are required to carry out their duties in accordance with the safe working practices set out in the health and safety policy and to co-operate with others to ensure that such safe working practices are maintained at all times.

All employees have a duty to ensure that they take reasonable care for the health and safety and welfare of themselves and any person who may be effected by their actions or inaction.

To ensure that safe working practices are understood by all concerned , are implemented effectively and amended as necessary to reflect best practice, the company has established aims to maintain appropriate communications to the best of its ability.

Sussex Tilling Services will do everything reasonably practicable to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees, Visitors, Sub-contractors, and Clients, and to establish a positive health and safety culture through continual improvement.
